Hello...is this thing on?

Hello,
Does anyone know where the L2T (or L1T) can still be purchased? UK based prefered, I know it's not the most modern torch and that other companies do similar ones, but i already have loads of accessories for my L2D's that it seems daft getting something from someone else.
Thanks

I agree, a great torch, I use mine all the time. you could try
http://thephotonshop.co.uk/index.htm
or lighthound.com or
http://www.flashaholics.co.uk/fenix.html
But having a quick look see I can't find any old stock.
Maybe put a wanted add up over at CPF would be your best bet.

You may be out of luck. The L1T/L2T were discontinued quite a while ago.
A search on google reveals 2 companies claiming to have these in stock. However, this may not be accurate, nor have I ever heard of or ordered from them before.
I don't know whether this is of any help to you, but I have a spare tailcap from an L1T, with the improved tactical switch. This will fit onto your L2D and allow a sort of hybrid conversion. You can use momentary on turbo and low. However, if you release and engage again before the light resets itself, you get the next mode.
If you want the tailcap, just drop me a PM.
If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.

I
might
be convinced to sell or trade a nice L2D I have been holding onto. PM me if interested and maybe we can work something out.

I should add that your best bet for finding something like this would be the WTB section of CPF Marketplace. I would bet you'll find exactly what you want with a little patience.

Amazon.com still sells the Fenix
L1T
and
L2T
. The L2T inventory is dwindling.

I really like this light, and I've been carrying it around everyday for the past
couple of weeks. The UI is great, as it's just a twist of the head to get from high to low,
and the tailcap turns it on. It came with a great slim sheath/holster which uses stretchy
fabric to hold it in place and doesn't have a top so it's easy access to your light when in
a hurry.

I bought my L1T from Heinnie last year.It might be worth giving them a ring as they do not display everything on the website.
