Green berets at war book to exchange for a knife

Hi to all !

I have the book "Green Berets at War", U.S. Special Forces in Southeast Asia 1956-1975 in good condition. 1985 Edition. (http://www.amazon.com/Green-Berets-War-Southeast-1956-1975/dp/0804118841 for a review)
I will post some pictures today of the book.
I would like to exchange it with a folding knife, kind of SAK or GAK (even better), ideally 111mm, Trekker like, used one, of course, unless you are very very generous
