Looks like Swiss Army Brands labeled the Cub Scout version of the Pocket Pal, the "Cub Scout Featherweight".

I should have noted that by 1991 though it was simply listed as Cub Scout Pocket Pal.

Intersting, never seen a SAK catalogue before, hunstman used to have a philips instead of a cork screw ! If I'm not mistaken this is now called a fieldmaster ?

Check the catalog links on SAKwiki.

Yes the Huntsman with the Phillips is currently known as the Fieldmaster.  I'm not sure if it ever was known as simply the Huntsman in some markets, but it's very possible given how the naming as evolved.
