TSA link dissapeared
on: October 27, 2007, 04:15:10 AM
Just noticed that the TSA link disapeared on the Knifeless Fuse page on LM's site. Do you think this means it's not quite security-proof? :P

Hehe, I'll bet someone found out the hard way.

Acutally I'm in a thread over on EDCF and I just found out that someone called LM and they said it probably wouldn't pass. :(

Not really surprising that it wouldn't pass. Knife or no knife, those TSA folks can pretty much sieze what they please.  :(

Just my opinion, but I'm not thinking it was very good judgement for Leatherman to have included the TSA link in the first place.

I always thought the same. Legal or not, if they don't like it you can't take it. Those are the rules. So it's all up to the security person's opinion. And I guess that most of them don't like tools. ::)
