It's a 0.1300 (it's official Victorinox name). Unofficially at the time it was called a Waiter. The modern "collector name" would be "alox bantam"This is from the mid 1970s, back before Victorinox really became consistent with the names. Different regions would give the knives different names for whatever reason they wanted it seems. Many of these names were usually consistent, but some were not, and some evolved to be associated with other knives.
I used to have a ribbed one 0.1300. Its the smoothness that throws up the question I'm guessing the smooth version was never available through retail channels and only for advertising.
