Today at a trade show I went to a manufacture's user group meeting. One thing they asked about was using social media in product development. I mentioned about how a manufacturer changed their design after getting some feedback on it. I had the Sidekick CE story in mind. The company seemed very interested. So after the meeting they asked for me to stand in a picture and gave me a $15 gift card. Pretty cool.
