Got to, uhm, thinking tonight.  :drink:

Once I get the parts, I'm converting a Waiter into an Apprentice. And I'm also looking at the Master- the grey/black scales are sexy, and it's a nice tool set.

So what would be between them in size that doesn't have anything the Master does, just to have them as a set. No scissors, no woodsaw, no corkscrew. Maybe the Tinker fits the role of the Journeyman, but I'm not sure, I'm thinking a more transitional stage. I know there was a small number of 91mm Waiters- was there ever a variant of that with the philips?

If there isn't, is there a way to call dibs on a name for a mod?  :D

Necessity is the mother of invention. If you're not ready, it's "a mother". If you are, it's "mom".

I don't beleive there is a contemporary model since the 60s that would be the equivalent of an 84mm Apprentice in 91mm size.  I think we'd call it a 91mm Apprentice.  However, if you create a mod you can certainly call it anything you like, the name may not stick, but like your kids you choose the name.

You mention your small candidate for a set should not have a woodsaw, but the Master has a metal saw/file, not a woodsaw.

How about a Mechanic?
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.
