Here is what I have found out about it.

Made by JOWIKA, I believe, in their factory in Listowel, Ireland. Albert Baer bought the Jowika factory in 1978 from Eugene Weber who opened the factory in 1960. Imperial Schrade closed the factory March 18, 2004. Your knife would have been made pre-1978 under Weber's ownership.

very nice ashley, i like the trapper pattern but blades usualy over 3iches so not good as a uk legal edc, i guess i could go for a mini trapper  :D
