That saw/bottle opener/nut wrench/slotted driver/wire stripper looks really...ambitious lol.

They make a retired S4 $10 copy too.

They do copy a lot of designs, from Leaterman, swiss-tech, gerber, ... even some pockettoolx like prybars. You can find some of their stuff on lightake and ebay. Not sure about that specific tool though.
