Feel like I've been kneecapped .

I nailed my right knee really well while trying to help reno an old Church building . Kinda ended up with a combination of twisting and a side impact , hurt like hell ! The only way I could walk away from it was by commandeering a piece of hardwood trim , as an improvised walking stick . Worst part was , I was helping out Pro Bono . Hope it doesn't interfere too much with paying gigs .

I now understand why outfits like the IRA are big on kneecapping .

Ow! believe me, I can sympathize. I destroyed my left knee playing hockey years ago (goalie is not a position for the weak/those with functioning brain cells!) Four operations and enough pins/screws to set off metal detectors later,  the first step of the morning is always a matter of, "is this gonna work today?" Just take it easy and move SLOW until it's feeling better.
There's no such thing as "Too pretty to carry".  There's only "Too pretty NOT to carry"...... >:D
