Why is it doing that?

WTB/TF .156'' x 0.55'' (0.4cm x 1.4cm) pivots

Looking for some pivot barrels + button head screws (aka chicago/sex bolts).
Pivot diameter should be 5/32'' (0.4 cm), length under the head should be 0.55'' (around 1.4cm... could file it down if longer).
Don't need many of them (2 would be great for starters)...
