I'm sorry to say I know very little about Indy Car racing other than Dario Franchitti is pretty good.  Good to know a local lad doing well. :D

anyone else getting a kick out of 2/3 Canadian entries that are the only ones who don't list their country of origin?

The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

Look at that, there's even one of my fellow countrymen on the starting grid, didn't know that ... (shame on me, being a motorsport enthousiast  :-[ :-[ :-[).

Living in Indy this is the first year in four that I am not out on the highway for the race.

Normally you would think it was a fun day on the roadway, catching glimpses of half naked women, drunk people stumbling around.

It is just a lot of traffic congestion and people ticked off trying to get home after the race.

Traffic coming into the race is spread out over three to four days but EVERYONE leaves the same day and traffic is a nightmare.  :ahhh
