No. it's built into the plastic top of the pen. There also is a small lanyard hole on the top of the cap also. I really like the Zebra Compact pens.  There cheap, like five bucks for two. There fine point which I like better than medium point pens. They fit perfect into the fold of my wallet.

On a side note. Anyone have and Fisher chrome bullet  pen figure out how to keep the clip form sliding off all the time. I was thinking of trying a small amount of JB weld.

I guess that JB weld would work fine.  I just crimped my clip a little and it never falls off.
