you got 30 minutes until it blasts off for the last time. I grew up with the shuttle program from the early 80's to now. Sad seeing it go away.

Got home just in time to see it. Very cool, but kinda sad to see the Shuttle fly for the last time  :salute:. I was at a launch of Discovery in 1994, and it was an incredible thing to see.
There's no such thing as "Too pretty to carry".  There's only "Too pretty NOT to carry"...... >:D

Watched it live at work, actually try and watch as many as I can, but never been fortunate to see a launch for myself  :cry:.

Check out NASA website for times when you can see it pass over head, quite a site to see it chasing the ISS!

Weather permitting of course.

Watched it today online with my 10 and 13 year olds.  Good stuff.  A couple of years ago, I saw the Space Shuttle chasing the Int'l Space Station across the night sky.  Incredible.  There are websites which tell you when and where to watch for the Shuttle, satellites, ISS, etc.
