I`m sure SOG will send you a replacement. It is a common problem from my experience.
I replaced the spring on one of my Powerlocks with a piece of paperclip. Just cut it and bent it to fit the adapter. Works great. Scott

If I remember correctly
I just got off the phone with a very nice lady at SOG, who took my information and is sending out a replacement spring (no charge). I asked if there was something that could be done to the part to reduce the chances of it coming off again; The lady told me that she didn't know of anything that could be done, and cautioned that if the spring is put on too tight the holder will not work.Thanks to all who responded!
