Hook user badge request.
« on: February 04, 2019, 02:14:24 PM »
Just installed a new roll up screen to keep the light and/or eyes out of my office.

I noticed the pull cord is quite twisted because of the way it was packaged. I decided I could add some weight to it to increase the speed of straightening out.

Enough SAKs in the house, so this one can hang in there for a few days. :D

You can probably keep that one as a string weight permanently.  :D
Nice one!

Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

Awarded.  :salute:.  Not a bad idea to help with the cord and have a SAK handy.

May I file my own hook user badge request in three pictures ?

  • Opale, seven month old kitty
  • Opale's favourite toy
  • And this, folks, is a Victorinox hook mounted whith Gaffer tape on a two-foot skewer

This makeshift tool proves invaluable in daily use to retrieve the above pictured toy from under the fridge, cupboards, couch, and so on, where it never fails to end up  :D

That's awesome!
I think the rule is you have to start a new thread and paste its URL on the badge request form.

I guess so, but that makes two very close threads with the same name, if you include this one.
