Excellent vid mate I do prefer single bit axes myself as I'm never doing "earthwork" with them, and do like the poll when splitting so you can invert a stuck log and bring the whole lump down poll first ... but that's just what I'm used to ... even if double bit does look
I'm amateur myself. I've never hung one or done much other than the most basic sharpening really, though I did have to do some reprofiling of a hatchet with a file once. I know what to look for in choosing an axe and how to use one without my limbs falling off, but my experience is pretty much limited to processing firewood.I'm looking forward to playing with your double bit axe too
