Well crap. I hate it when someone else buys out a company. Well there goes the neighborhood.
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?

Well, after the first time SOG was bought by an investment group it turned out to be good. They might have outsourced more modells to China, but the new Fielder, Crosscut and some other Chinese made products turned out to be winners.

Maybe the new investor will follow that path. Maybe new modells will be junk to save cost. But as far as I am concerned, as long as I do not feel the quality dropped, I could not care less.

The only reason I mentioned this was because, unlike the previous acquisition, MMC seem to have no relation with tools and/or the outdoors, judging from the portfolio page on their website... As Bob said, here's hoping for the best... :-\
