How the smurf did you get Nukkie Brown beer glasses in the States?Mind you,how the smurf do you get Nukkie Brown in the States?Theres pubs down my way that dont stock it!I was in Birmingham a few years back, and the locals looked at me funny cos a southerner(how does that work anyway?I am Irish!) was drinking a northerners drink!Nice glasses though.I'm jealous
When I read the thread title, something in my head read "beer goggles" instead of "beer glasses"... LOL!I'm partial to German beers myself... personally, I can't stand most Brit beer... tastes like piss filtered through shredded newsprint to me... (just speculating there of course!)Give me a good Spaten any day... Or most of the stuff that Sierra Nevada makes... their Big Foot barelywine ale is so thick you can stand a fork up in it!

Newcastle Brown Ale was nicknamed "Dog" by people living in and around the areas of the North East of England. This stems from the locals saying, "Going to walk the dog." This was the excuse used to grab a pint at the local pub. The beer is often called 'Newkie Brown', or simply 'Brown' or ' Broon'
Yay beer!!!!! And no I'm not a beer snob. I've probably drank enough beer to float a medium sized Naval vessel and during my years and years of beer drinking I've only had ONE beer I didn't like. There were some I liked better than others but for the most part I just like beer. All the way from the cheapest domestic crap to the finest beers in the world...it's all good.
