Thanks for the warm welcome,

I'm from Jersey in the Channel Islands, a group of small islands off the French coast in the English Channel.

Current multi-tools I have are leatherman skeletool cx, juice Xe6 (this lives in my fishing bag) and style cs (old keychain carry)

I was very lucky to have a private tour of the Victorinox factory in Switzerland the year before last and this has lead to a real passion for these multi-tools and these have now replaced the Leatherman tools as my EDC. I've found opening a famous red penknife and spreading soft cheese on some bread gets some cool comments were as opening a more tactical skeletool can get some worrying glances.

Current Victorinox tools include a 125 Cybertool (gift from Victorinox), new one handed opening army issue (fishing bag) Explorer (Current EDC) Rescue tool (in car) mini Swiss champ (work keys) Rambler (new keychain carry) and a Spartan I made in the factory on one of their jigs.

I also discovered Peter Atwood and his cool tools a couple of years ago and have a few items. Brewdriver, mini Brewdriver, Ghost, Prybaby, Keyton and a hand full of landslides. I've decided to only collect a few more of his tools (MetWrench, Funny bone and whistle) as most of his tools are imperial and most tasks require metric this side of the puddle.

Cheers,

Andrew

Welcome to the forum.

As a young man I spent some fun weeks in Jersey on holiday with my family years ago.

I would love to go back there some time with my family and see how it's changed.

Can you get us stuff cheap from 7dayshop ?   :D

The MetWrench is as rare as rocking horse dropping but i'm in no hurry to get one, I'm sure one will turn up in the end.

I'll get some photos up this weekend of the tools I have in the collection

What part of Australia are you from MultiMat ? i was down there in June.

Cheers,

Andrew
