My Favorite is the Strion Led

I have two of these and use both every day.  They have an amazing output and hols a charge for a long time.  At work, I use them for inspections, and at home I use the other one for dog walks.
Next I may buy a Streamlight Sidewinder for small tasks and carry.

Yes, the battery stays in the flashlight, but if you want to change it out, it comes out, just like a regular flashlight battery.  The replacement batteries are about $20, but I hear they last a long time (years).  I chose this one because buying the CR123 batteries are not an option (I don't like buying batteries).  I am going to buy a couple extra rechargeable batteries for backup.  I believe the brightness of this little light is 160 lumens, and it's noticeable.  The cradle is the best I have seen for a rechargeable light.  I bought a couple od belt clip "ripoff" holsters for carry, and those are working out well too.

There is a good reason why Streamlight has a lock on the rechargeable duty light market in North America .

The Strion is a fine light, and I keep one in my vehicle, along with an LED Stinger.

Consider the purchase of a light cone (or whatever they are called) to fit your Strion, that converts it to a traffic wand.  They are highly visible at night, especially with the strobe, and are available in 3 colors.

The Strion LED is my current duty flashlight.  It replaced the Pelican 7060 and Stinger LED DS (both are now held in reserve).  I believe the Strion is still the smallest rechargeable duty light on the market.
