it would make more sense that the actual film. ::)  Major plot point in Predator 1 and 2; they only come to Earth when it's really hot and humid.  So where do they set the third film?  The Antarctic.  Obviously.  :doh:

Definitely impressive, especially considering the very basic tools and techniques used to build it.
There's no such thing as "Too pretty to carry".  There's only "Too pretty NOT to carry"...... >:D

Seems they have been "looking" for lots of them and happened to stubble across this one. I wonder what the landscape used to look like before it grew up?

With all the stone it took to build a pyramid that big, you'd think there would be a monstrously huge pit somewhere nearby :think:

A logical assumption.  The stones quarried for the core of the Giza pyramids was located right there.  It's a huge depression south of Giza. 

The hole for La Danta should be about the same scale.
