Spousal tool theft
on: October 11, 2011, 09:57:33 PM
Two days ago my wife comes in and says she can't find either of her Leathermans, a Squirt and a Juice. I tell her I know nothing about the missing tools  She looks down on my desk and picks up my Swisstool Spirit and says, "This will do fine," and walks off :-\ I just looked around her office a little and can't find the Swisstool :o

She's away now, so should I ransack her office to retrieve the missing tool or maybe buy the big Swisstool and write off the Spirit

You now have a genuine excuse to buy a new big ole swiss tool  :D :multi:...don't ransack her office, that's like putting your hand in a hornets nest ;)...unless you can make it look like an accident >:D

Dang, from a Juice and Squirt to a Spirit; she definitely knows how to upgrade.  :multi:

I suggest you track down a BO Spirit for yourself.  >:D

If you manage to find the tools...hide them!!! They may not show up next time.
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?

sounds like she's thinking 2 moves ahead - she 'can't find' her two leathermans...casually picking up the spirit as if she couldn't care less and any tool will do,...that is the oldest trick in the book, she and that tool are now likely over the border by now, and no government will extradite a Swisstool Spirit.

It's nice that she likes MT's and all, but there's no excuse for stealing a man's Spirit! :ahhh

ROFL at the comments.

And this is the perfect reason to upgrade. And to keep a few flea market/eBay cheapies where they can be seen and grabbed at any time.
