Mat, with a good filing and rubbing compound, I could clean up the blade like new. 

  , I wonder if Bob could give me his plans so I can build a MT vault of my own  .

Mat did you have any trouble getting that display case through customs?               

Well David we went away with 2 bags & came home with  5 
I was pretty bloody happy that I got 2 very nice pieces of Californian Redwood through Aussie customs with no problems. I told the officer I had the wood  & were I got it & she said no worries  . I am hopping to make some nice scales/handles with the wood

I offered to pull it out for her as well  . Maybe that is why she waved us through so quickly  .

We were SUPER happy she did as we only just made our connecting flight ,after a 14 hr flight if we had to wait another 6 hours for the next flight we may have had tears, blood loss & the need for a very good lawyer(and that is for just my 10 year old  )

I'm with you on layover time, especially after such a long tour in the air.  The longest flight I ever had was a 5 hour flight.  I read an entire novel and took a nap, and when I was done I could have never seen a plane again and been happy.  Unfortunately I still had the return trip.
