[Now Gone]Leatherman Sale
on:
November 29, 2011, 02:07:26 AM
As much as I don't want to, I have to. I need to fund some stuff more directly related to my family. And I'm hoping to get rid of most my LM stuff and only carry a Charge TTi! I am not going to post the standard details of each tool, most Leatherheads know what each model contains, will list as much as I can about them regarding individuality. All of the prices below will include shipping to the Continental United States, would not like to venture beyond at this point. Thank you for looking!
Charge ALX - handles are stamped 2010, which is when I bought it, approx. in August. Tool as seen light use, still has original factory edge on the main blade, and I don't recall even using the serrated blade or saw. Used the drivers a bunch, but no faults here. Pliers meet evenly at the top, handles are free of wear. All tools open and close smoothly, never disassembled. With this tool I will include a like new Nylon sheath, and a few bits. Also have a well worn leather sheath, will include if you want it. Asking
$90.00
$75.00 shipped.
New Wave - This is a warranty replacement that I got a few weeks ago. Played with a little to help break in, never used on any task that I can remember. Pliers meet evenly at top of tool. Comes with like new nylon sheath also. asking
$50
$40.00 shipped.
Skeletool CX - Bought this tool in 2009, carried it for a while, not in as good of shape as others. The pliers do not close evenly, and there is a slight bind where the wire cutters meet. I have avoided warranty replacements because this is the original combo edge 154CM blade, and LM offers a fair warning on their website that Skeletool CX's will be replaced with a plain edge blade. Cosmetically this tool looks great, just the plier issue. Comes with 2 original bits. Asking $40 shipped.
Sidekick - bought earlier this year on a whim, I do like this tool, but for its size I'd rather carry a Charge. Everything is like new, used the blade on some rope and saw on the Christmas tree yesterday, that's about it. I will include the sheath with this tool, but I like my carabiner, so I will keep it. Asking $30 shipped for this one.
That's all for now, thanks for looking. Let me know if you have any questions!

Whatever quote I get from USPS.com is the total that would be added to the sell price.

Update: Will trade both of these "like new" tools for one brand new or like new TTi. The Wave is still unused, carried a couple days but unused from factory refurb. Charge has seen light use, most of that being the drivers anyhow. Let me know folks. Would like pics if offering trade, I can provide pics of my tools as well. Thanks!

The Wave is now sold. Thanks for allowing me to post MT.O!
I would also like to withdraw the Charge at this time, thus leaving nothing for sale in this thread. Thanks again.
