BF is filled with Virus and Shut down

I was reading another forum I frequent and seen that people were saying BF was popping up viruses on there systems. I went to check and got the message below.

Troubleshooting the virus messages..

I guess all those darn crappy ads are taking over.......  :rant:

Just checking again and got this.

BladeForums was NOT compromised
You may be seeing "Attack site messages" when coming to BFC. This is due to our third party advertiser allowing a malicious client to inject viruses into their market based banner program. As a result, when these ads were served by the third party service, a number of you got virus warnings. Google noticed the upswing in warnings and labeled our site as a possible malware threat. BladeForums.com servers were not at fault, and they have not been compromised.

We have removed the market-based third party banner advertising from the site and have notified Google to have them rescan for any malware. This being Sunday, we'll see when it happens.

I was getting virus warnings when I tried to sign in, as were many others.  I posted that I was staying away until is was cleared up.  That just leaves more time for this forum.   :drool:

That is eerily similar to the issue we had here a couple of months ago.  I hope they get it sorted and back online soon.

The EXACT same thing is going on at a motorcycle forum I go to.  It also has google ads.
