yeah.

it should be enough to light up a trailer lot or two lol

I don't work in the dark often but it should come in handy now and then.

well see. It might wind up in my backpack and get way more use than I think.

Just got a ThruNite TN11S after seeing a review on YouTube. I've never owned this brand so I don't know how it will hold up. I usually use FourSevens flashlights. My initial impression is that it is good quality and puts out some impressive light (830 lumens) on CR123A batteries.

Haven't got a new light in a long time. Haven't had to. The Zebralight SC52 has been nothing but a joy. Its my favorite light I have ever owned. Now that I think about it I do need (want) another Zebralight. Maybe the SC52fw.

I've got three ThruNite lights and haven't had any issues with any of them.  Certainly on par with the likes of Fenix, Nitecore, etc etc. :)

Thats good to know. I have a minor problem with mine; it doesn't follow the programmed UI as described in the instructions. The strobe doesn't come on when going through the normal cycle (low, med, high, strobe). It's no big deal to me because I prefer not having to cycle though the strobe and it is accessible using the side button if I really needed it.

It's just possible that they have made a change to the light without updating the instructions.  I gotta say dropping the strobe from the sequence seems like a good thing to me too. :)

Got my flatmate a Fenix EO5 as part of his birthday present! He must have been impressed,it's already on his keyring, and he even stopped on his way out to his g/f to show me how bright it was!
There is no beginning,or ending, and for this we are thankful, cos now is hard enough to understand!

Boredom and DX are a BAD combination.

Pulled the trigger on a XM-L T6 drop-in for my 502B.

I'll take the 840lm figure with a grain of salt, but it has to be brighter than the original claimed 200lm module in it.

Also couldn't resist one of these at $10.82.

650 claimed lumens from a CR123A sized light and 1 mode !!  haha full on or nothing.
I'm imagining a battery run-time in the minutes range, but it will be fun while it lasts.

Probably on RCR123s. And only the initial burst for first few minutes or so. Worth a test at that price. :tu:

I bought the Maglite Solitaire LED and I absolutely love it.
See my innitial imoressions: http://forum.multitool.org/index.php?topic=50113.0
This light performes very well because of the focusing ability. In this thread it is compare with two well known flashlights.
Worth every sent.

I managed to resist the lure of the S10 Baton, but the pull of the S15 might just prove too strong.  :ahhh

My latest is an UltraFire light that's almost identical to my other cheapy, though it's not as bright, and the beam is not as wide.  Style wise, they have very slight differences that you don't really notice unless you are really looking.

That you can't. If this doesn't come with a belt sheath, then it will get mounted on the centre console of the Jeep.
