Multicarry Pouch for Beerplumber
on: January 02, 2012, 08:50:28 AM
BP wanted a pouch to hold a Surge, a Skele, a sharpie and flashlight. It's a modified design to the Parallel Pocket Panel but with a longer length and two loops on the outside. He plans to stick this in his Carhartt overalls.

For fun, I chucked a bunch of my shiny items in it.

-Modded LM MUT
-Tan G10 SRM 763 axis lock
-Stainless Sharpie
-Ultrafire A2-R5 aaa flashlight

I might actually have to get out of the house and have a tea with u today! I'm stoked about this. The problem is my work pants HAD a perfect side pocket on the right leg for all these things but has completely frayed and fallen apart. The really good part is I have three pairs of work pants that all have the same problem so this is better than one pair repaired! Another plus will be rotating an ST300 in place of the surge which I never did before since I rely on pocket clips (over-alls = no belt for sheaths). I might still pocket my skele and put my one-piece tool in its place. My work EDC includes: pen, sharpie, thermometer (sharpie sizedish), 2x aaa light, the one piece tool, skele and surge. Hah this WILL be Au-some!

This is way better than the side pocket of my carhartts! I'll be switching out SURGE for an ST300 for kicks. The skele or an e55bx ride in my pocket normally and I have a my tap wrench and thermometer will take that place. This is a great idea and the possibilities and applications are endless. Throw it in a bag and all your stuff is right there! The tacticool pocket protector! Thanks Metro!

 I'm okay with that for some reason! Probably because I am finally carrying my ST300 to work today, used it and everything else in the Px3 already. I realize the ST is kind of a step down from a surge but I like changing it up and getting a chance to rock the e55bx is also fun! Tacti-nerds unite! After work I grab loop and toss the whole works into my edc bag instead of rummaging through my work pockets for everything, genius!

Not so fast!       I prefer the ST300 and sold off my Surges, although I do miss the scissors.
