This is a Craftsman 45201 non-locking, out of production 4 inch multitool. It was manufactured by Bear MGC now called Bear and Son Cutlery in the USA. It is all stainless steel construction, outside opening tools, torx head construction. Includes the original vertical or horizontal carry nylon sheath.

Though it is not new, it is in excellent condition. In fact I do not believe it has ever been used.
