Rusty Machete USA Bargain?

Rusty Machete USA Bargain $:-\$

Anyone that doesn’t mind a bit of metalwork and thinking of buying a cheap machete?

I don't know how this price holds up compared with other machetes over there but these have a good reputation as a working tool in the UK

Also I have not dealt with the company selling them so I can't vouch for them

You might want to look at the reviews too. They can be a little hit and miss, but nothing that can't be put right quite easily. Once you've got it "tuned" to your tastes, it should be a good hardworking tool

They will probably need an edge putting on them and the handle will need a bit of a rub down

As a guy that can do a bit of rubbing down and sharpening I don't think you will be disappointed Steve

On a basic blade like that you'd most likely want to tweak to requirements anyway so might as well get the version with a bit of rust

I emailed him and 5 minutes later he emailed me back. He is holding one for me till I have funds. Seems like a decent guy. Shipping is a little high, but it's not a flat rate box so it's ok.
