Deals with www.swiss.co.uk good or bad ????

Hi guys and gals I have heard some bad things about the Swiss.co.uk since around jan I think from memory but I must admit I was surprised as I have used them twice sine last Dec  and each time the goods arrived, the second order had an item missing but after a phone call to the company the missing item arrived the next day and an extra item was added as a gift so I can find no issues with them.

I know one of our members was waiting on a delivery from them and was worried during there closed dates in Feb, did the items eventually arrive ?
