Odd Situation

On two occasions I have ordered knives out from Le-couteau-swiss (LCS) in France (the second by accident). On both occasions I received an email saying my order was received and being processed. On both occasions my credit card company said they never received a billing from France, I never received anything I ordered, and emails to LCS went unanswered. I'm not out anything, but I'm wondering what the heck is going on.

The same exact thing happened to me except I did not have my CC set up for international sales and they denied the charge. I made the changes and the company said they would handle it but never followed through. I guess they really do not want to ship out of the EU.  :td:
