I reached out to MultiMat for a favor regarding a hard to find item that is unique to his area. Mat went out of his way to send me one out of his own personal collection and refused to allow me to reimburse him. Clearly, this speaks to his professional character and I'm proud to say that I know someone from Australia. He even included a candy bar from his country for my daughter. It will go to school with her tomorrow and she is thrilled to tell her class about Daddy's friend in Australia.
