I use Hurtta harness for Fenris and they work pretty good, he pulls a lot so a collar is a no go for us. If you are getting one bring him to the pet store and try it on so you get one that fits good 👍

If I put a collar on my dog it is only as a visual peace of mind thing for other people.
Take the two seconds to teach your dog that a: you are the boss and b: pulling or walking in front isn't acceptable.
You being the alpha takes a lot of stress and pressure off the dog.
Relaxed dogs are happy dogs.
Be clear when you want them under control and when they are free to run around, smell everything and socialize etc.

He’s a puller! I have a leash yeah it’s 6ft, but there’s a 2nd handle like only inches from the hookup, that one harness he had I kinda liked but completely changed my mind! After so long it was leaving marks on him, so I’m after something a little better..
I don’t want to put a choker on him but they have those other collars that have a like 10% choke to it, idk what there called, but it’s like a normal collar but then if pulled it puts a little choke to it so not to completely cut the airway off like a norm.. I just don’t know..

A dog being a puller has nothing to do with it.
You don't need a choker, any leash works fine.
The instant he pulls or moves to pass you stop, call him back and reset him behind/beside you.
When he isn't pulling and is walking behind/beside you relax and ignore him.
Nobody likes 'dad' being on their case so dog will quickly figure out how to behave and where to place himself.
