Interesting.  Is the HK Boy Scouts the same type of group as the Boy Scouts of America and UK?

The Hong Kong Scout Association is a member of WOSM (the World Organisation of Scouting Movements) representing Hong Kong Scouting. The Scout Association (UK) and Boy Scouts of America (USA) are also members of WOSM.
