Sigh...
With a big move comes big sacrifice. While prepping for great Eastern migration across Canada, I was forced to (and lovingly) put my MT collection into storage. I was shocked to find out how many I actually had and above that how much of a penchant I had for BO tools. I should of taken pics of the packing but I put them in layers in 3 small ammo cases.
I have been using my new BO Vic Spirit and I missed my Leathermans so I pulled out my BO LM Wave (with 154cm blade!) so I can toss between the two. Variety, although limited, is the spice of life.
So this is more of a photo essay...two of my fave tools, at my side for our cross country trek. So if you asked...if you would have 1 tool on a desert island...it would be a toss up but it would def be one of these BO badboys.

Although I prefer the cap crimping, needle nose of the Wave for majority of my tasks, the snubby head of the Spirit combined with the ergo handles def meets my heavier plier tasks with ease.

Again, preferring the Wave for the OHO blades and tools but the Spirit's 'butter knife' SE is exceeds the Wave's SE ability.

This next one isn't really fair, on a typical Wave, the 420 HC blade is reliable, serviceable and is a great shape. The 154CM blade (Transfered from a bum Charge ALX) is all of those things but keeps it's edge much longer. The Spirit blade...is sharp but no match for the slice and pierce potential of the Wave.

Files? FILES?! Well no contest here. Wave! This is turning out to be a bit of a show down, I don't want it to be....

How do I carry these black ninjas of the mutli world?....why in a custom Skinth! A new prototype Skinth VS (Vic Spirit).

Got room for either tool and a black Space pen or a short Sharpie.

So I end this post with these words:
My friends, while you are safely stowed away in your boxes of strong, you won't be in there for long. Travelling 1600km one way, we are all waiting for you to say:
Let's party like it's 1999.
