Just got back from a walk with the dogs and a friend of mine. We started a campfire, cooked hotdogs and had our lunch in the forest. The only knife I brought was my 25-30 year old SAK Camper, which used to belong to my uncle who unfortunately passed away about a year ago. This SAK means a lot to me and it'd be a shame not to put it to good use.
Great day, good knife and that is very nice looking lanyard.

And yes, the lanyard is very effective. I actually threw the knife into a bunch of blueberry bushes just to test it and the fluorescent orange and green really makes it stand out. You can't lose this one in the forest unless you really try.
