One of two that I have is so tight that I can't open instruments without other pliers - or its a risk of breaking the nail. Sure it will become easier with some time and a little oil help, possibly, but just don't have time to work with it.

I've adjusted them on most of my Leatherman tools to suit my preferences.
This is my first post and I am very glad to be a part of this particular community. I bought a Rebar last week and the build quality was fine, nice and as tight as I would expect. The handles did feel a bit light, though that's probably the trade up for the curled edges on the handles; imagine trying to do that with original PST handle stock. Truth be told, I only purchased it for the plier heads, however. I installed them immediately on my ChargeTti along with outboard Wingman scissors and a Blast phillips head driver. I'll post the results in the Modding Forum as soon as I figure out how to do photos.
