Here are two that I received for Christmas gifts.

The top one is a Surefire Kroma and the little guy is a Surefire Titan Plus.

I don't think I have mentioned it in this thread, but I am quite into the "Nebo Larry 2" and "Nebo Big Larry" lights.  These are not exactly EDC lights, but are good for a Man Sack or to stick on the fridge.  Its easier for you too look at than for me to describe, but they are very simple 2xAAA or 2xAA lights.  One version has a magnetic pocket clip, and the other a magnetic base.  These are just very simple, bright, easy to manage lights that feed on common batteries.  I use Eneloop rechargeables in everything.  They are around $12 and $20, respectively.

As for EDC, I carry a Streamlight Stylus Pro 2xAAA.  It fits nicely in a thin vertical pocket on my 5.11 Taclite Pro pants.  It makes adequate light with several hours of runtime.  Occasionally I'll belt carry an 18650 Fenix or Nitecore when I want some serious lumens.

Just got this before Christmas, I also got one for my brother. It has a very wide to tight focusing head that slides, works really well. Single AA supposedly 220 lumens but I think that is optimistic. For less than $10 It is pretty sweet.

I need a new AAA flashlight*... what's the SS one?

* Small, tail-clicky, takes li-ion-rechargeable batteries, low and high mode... you know, few restrictions
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

I've been carrying the Nitecore Tube. It has turned itself on a couple of times while in the pocket. Still, pretty good light, like the possibility of regulating the intensity and the USB charging.

The other is a small, cheap one I keep in the office drawer, just in case. Also USB charged. Just on/off position, no other modes.

I used to have that USB-charging one at one point... but I was a bit disappointed when I received it. Just the seller hadn't represented it well in his pics, I thought it was far smaller.

Yup, it's a bit "chunky". That's why it lives in my drawer and not in my pocket. It's more of a backup than a real user.

One of my favorites.

CR123 only for maximum reliability but I do use mine with a dual mode tailcap and LiFePO4 cells as a general use light.

Yep.  This year, I've only purchased one light - a Zebralight SC600w Mk III.  Love it! I have yet to take any pictures of it.

Thanks!  I've been really loving the Zebralights, these days.  They're extremely flexible/programmable.
