I paid through the nose for this beauty,
I don't know why but I picked up the scissor/combo blade variant and the all blade/no scissor version for a good price.

But for reasons unbeknown to me the standard blade/scissor version was always more expensive by a fair bit so put off buying for some time.

But I need a stem and  some handle bars for my bike build so.

Ok, i see you meant bicycle when you wrote bike while my gasoline dazed mind said Motorcycle when reading bike.
