I was curious as to the purpose of the shaped, fixed part of the SwissTool's handle. The photo below shows the area in the circle. Chako owns the photograph shown, and no malicious intent is intended.


At first, I thought this was just a lanyard attachment point, but why is it shaped like that?
This is gonna hurt...

Here's one I prepared earlier!

I have to say I doubt if I would use the corkscrew attachment, even though I was sad enough to buy one.

The Swisstool IMO the best MT made
