leatherman wave cap crimper???

So I was looking at multi tools on ebay today, when I came across a Leatherman Wave with a cap crimper.  It looks just like the one that come on the Charge TTi and XTi but just one the Wave.  It says that it is  brand new in the package, I didn't think that there was a Wave with the cap crimper.  Was this like a a one time thing, or just a fake?  Here is the link:
