Howdy from Texas
on: September 15, 2012, 08:21:58 PM
I'm a retired Soldier from THE great city of Pittsburgh, Pa (actually Ambridge but who the heck knows where that is?). I retired (in the truest sense of the word) in Harker Heights, Tx (near Ft. Hood just north of Austin) in 2010, after 22 years in the Army, due to my intolerance of cold weather and the poor economy of Western Pa since the early 80s (oh, and I live so much more comfortably on my $ here in Tx). I have served all over the USA and abroad and wouldn't have traded any of it for nothing. I have deployed in defense of our freedom numerous times most recently to Iraq in 2004 when I was riding in a mad maxed (homemade armor) Hummer that was hit by a roadside bomb (IED). I was seriously injured along with three others, two of which did not survive. I love all teams from Pittsburgh and the Texas Rangers. Anywho, I smoke cigars like a fiend, I'm an avid photographer , I love to hunt and fish and I love my Leatherman products.

Dear Leatherman......................

Welcome to MT.o officially!  I just relocated up north after living in Marble Falls, Tx for 6 years.  How's the weather down there?

Here in Montana we've been dealing with wildfires so the smoke is heavy.  Just had the first clearish day in weeks.
