Great honor yesterday

Went to Cracker Barrel with in laws as we were walking in my brother in law starting thanking an older man for his service in the military (he had a Navy hat on).  Billy asked him where he served and he told us with great pride "I was in the invasion of Normandy"

Talk about an honor there are so few WWII vets left but to meet someone that served there is a great honor.
