Yep, have seen lots of them. They are pretty good German SAK clones.

Hmmm...good to know.  Seems like I've come across a couple.   Thanks Tim!

ISC = Imperial Schrade Corporation

These were a line of SAK clones called the Century line of knives from Schrade. My memory is not precise but there were about 10 different versions, in about 3 different frame sizes. According to folks who worked at the Ellenville plant, the entire knife; blades, scales, bolsters, etc. were manufactured in Germany and assembled here in the USA. While not in my current EDC rotation my "suit pocket" SAK is the Schrade Century Endeavour. It is similar to a Vic Waiter but with a phillips instead of corkscrew and no scale tools. IMO the quality is on par with Victorinox/Wenger/Schrade (USA) . As close as I can tell they only made these for about 10 years. I haven't noticed a lot of collector interest. I would say you have a good user SAK clone.

Good Information.

I have a 4 layer one with Scissors and Fishscaler.  It's pretty good quality.  Looks too much like a clone though for me, the canopener is the same design.  All the layers/tools are thinner that their Vic counterparts.  The simularities in the tools though to me is too much; I don't care for copy cats.

I know this thread is almost two years old, but I wanted to post to add information...

Some threads mention the Victorinox and ISC scales possibly being interchangeable; this is not the case. The ISC uses the solid scales like the older Victorinox scales, yes. However, the Victorinox has two large pins (one on each side) and one smaller pin in the center. The holes in the scales are drilled for these sizes. The ISC, however, uses three large pins, and as such, three large holes in the scales. The Victorinox scales won't fit the ISC frame unless you make the center hole larger. Also, the center holes are off my about 2mm, thus, no fit.
