The large display cabinet is, as you can see on the picture below, an ikea display, called Detolf. Very cheap (50 euro)... The rotating Vic-display cabinet was found on a second hand-site. The small wooden cabinet is also an ikea find... Normally it's a small kitchen cabinet. I added led strips inside, and an extra stand in the back. The large automatic knife display was found at marktplaats, a local second hand site.

I've got two of those cabinets as well and they're great. The one with my knives has been modded so it has seven shelves, as the original had only three. I'll also get some photos up at some point. Have already filled one entire cabinet up already!  :ahhh

How did I miss this post ...  :sa:

Great collection you've got there, and nice to see a fellow countryman here, there aren't many Belgians active on this great forum.  Also, now I can show my wife I'm not the only one in this country that keeps on buying SAK's and other tools  :D.

The setup - both in knife selection and layout - looks just like an older mom-and-pop store I visited a while back. But, you're in Belgium. Did you happen to buy out a store in American called the Badger's Den? The resemblance is uncanny...

Nice to "meet" you! :salute:  Thank God, my wife loves saks too....  :D I just realised how this sounds like... Yup, that's the other hobby  ;) I gave her a Vic Climber as a present a year ago and now she doesn't leave the house without... Maybe an idea for you? :sak:

That's a good argument, but you could try to give her one of these.

That kind of worked with my girlfriend actually. I gave her a jelly pink Classic that lives on her keys and gets used.

By the way, I just saw a SAK like the one in your user icon on eBay. Quite a coincidence since I had never seen one like that before

That's a nice collection you have Jeroen!  :o
I love the way how everything is displayed, here it's just all in boxes... for now.
Indeed there are not many Belgians on this forum,  I guess 4 (Zag included - although he seems to be in London again)?  Maybe we all should come together one day  :drink:
