The next thing I'll make is a 84mm Farmer with scissors and unfortunately on small SAKs you can't flip tools around. That got me wondering.

Why are saws on 84mm and 91mm facing antiparallel to the main blade, while on 93mm they both face the same way? For the even larger SAKs it makes sense to have them point the same way due to the ergonomic design of the entire knife.
However, I think every blade-like cutting tool should open the way the main blade does.

What do you think? Vote! :D

I'm not sure I understand the question?

As far as I know, there are no factory scissors on the 93mm frame, and the 93mm frame is symmetrical, unlike the 84mm and 91mm, so I wouldn't matter which way it opens from an ergonomics standpoint.

My main users are a Huntsman and a Farmer - the Farmers saw opens the logical (to me) way, the Huntsman doesn't and I don't know why!

The Farmer saw is easier to use because of its orientation.

My thoughts exactly.
It's tragic that you can't just flip the tools on 91 and 84mm models.

I like having them opposite, if only for the peace of mind that the force the saw's pin has to endure is soared from my main blade's pin  :P

Since I lanyard carry, I prefer as many tools as possible to fold away from the lanyard point, as the main blade does.  It's ones of the reasons I like the oddball 108mm SAKs, all tools fold away from the lanyard hole.
