I see only one flaw with this tool. It opens the bottle instantly on grabbing it  ... but then it's in the way  If you have to change grip to drink the bloody thing, doesn't that defeat the instantaneous opening 

Still a damn cool device though

Yep, maybe it will work better for a bartender, but you will have to get rid of the magnet.. 

I will like to see a one piece tool based on this opener design

"Having only one (able) hand and wanting a cold one," is a very real problem for quite a lot of people.

Good point  but if I was in that situation I'd have a wall mounted one fitted

This is the last place I would expect to have to argue for the utility of portably multitools vs dedicated stationary tools.

In fact I've been tempted by a wall mounted one anyway
