Bought my mom a pink tool logic card for Christmas and when we opened it, the tweezers were broken. Sog shipped us a new pair. Excellent service!

Well done sog  :salute: do sog have a uk branch for repairs like LM  :think: just wondered as mainly use sogs these days  :tu:

I really don't know Paul  :think:  Leatherman, Buck and Wenger have Whitby , Gerber have Silva and Victorinox and Mag-Lite have Burton McCall but have no idea about SOG. I'd be interested to find out.
