Juice S2 mod?

Wondering if there's a mod for it?

I'm not diggin the three flat-head drivers on one end. I'd like one of them to become an Awl or something more useful.

It wouldn't take TOO long to file the smallest driver down. However, you might wanna consider actually filing down the medium one. I always seem to either need a regular size flathead, or a tiny one, never a smallish one.

I just got a CS4, which comes with an awl. I intend to stick it in my range bag, and I understand the small driver is the perfect size for sight adjustment, which is why it would go unmodified on any Juice I get.

I also recommend filing down the edge of the can opener. It will open cans much better after you do. The side to file down is the one that is next to the scissors, this also means it slides against the scissors a little easier when closing.

Just my thoughts.

I did it. The middle one, but I used a 1/8 carbide ball mill and a milling machine.

You likely can do the same with some careful grinding.

I did this as well, but I just used the diamond file on my Charge.  It turned out good enough, but not quite as "refined" looking as Metro's :tu:  Mine's a little rougher around the edges so to speak.

I agree though.  I don't see the need for 3 different flatheads.  I kept the small one for tiny screws, and used the medium one for the awl.  I think it increases the usefulness of the S2 a bit.

Oh stop :D  Yours looks really good though.  I wish I could upload pics to show you how mine came out.  I wish I had the equipment to do this type of thing.  It's a bit of a chore just using a file ;)
